NDEGWA MUHORO ASKS DPP. TOBIKO TO INVESTIGATE FRANCIS MUREITHI FOR THEFT
DCI boss Ndegwa Muhoro has asked DPP keriako Tobiko to investigate speedily and present Francis Mureithi to court over a fraud case in which Mureithi stole ksh. 6 million from a widow by the name Millicent Akelo. "Mureithi conned me ksh. 6 million and has been thteatening me ever since i reported the matter to mlolongo police station.I decided to report the matter to DCI headquarters after Mureithi bribed OCPD mlolongo." remarked Mrs Akelo. This is the second time DCI boss Ndegwa Muhoro will be asking DPP Tobiko to investigate Mureithi. Last year DCI wrote to DPP over mureithi's involvement in NYS multi-million scandal also touching on former Devolution minister Anne Waiguru. Under waiguru's orders mureithi was awarded a tender of ksh. 110 million to supply generators.He pocketed the money and delivered nothing.Mureithi later partnered with his cousin Kabura the salonist to squander ksh. 70 million of NYS money meant for NYS uniforms.
